Our methodology
01 Discover
A deep exploration into the problem space. Working closely with you, we’ll understand your unique needs, challenges and goals. In parallel to this, we’ll be conducting any relevant market research, to ensure your solutions are relevant and conducive to industry best practice. We’ll meet with you in person or virtually – whatever is most convenient for you.
02 Define
After synthesising our findings, we’re able to uncover patterns and translate insights into clear training parameters. We’ll then come back to you to confirm the hypothesised 'problem statement’ for further exploration.
03 Design
Upon confirmation of your ‘problem statement’, our team will design your unique training plan to tackle the proposed challenges, and explore key opportunities. Depending on your preferences, our team will then design a delivery content method (be that digital, face-to-face or a mix of both) and provide detailed costings.
04 Deliver
This is where the action happens. Our delivery aims to be engaging, fun and specific to the solution requirements and learning outcomes. Our facilitators are subject matter experts in their fields, and their focus is on sharing and developing knowledge and skills.
05 Evaluate
Our expertise doesn’t end there. We’ll review and evaluate the outcomes, as well as any feedback provided by your staff. We’ll then arrange to meet with you again, to discuss our findings against your goals. We’re with you all the way.
