You can expect to pay nothing. It's a great opportunity to meet, discuss your specific needs, and to see if we can assist. We'll be totally transparent with you. You have nothing to lose, and much to gain.
3We're a small interstate business. How can we provide up to date training for our team?
Simple. Consider training your team through one of our virtual sessions. This is a very cost effective way to keep your team up to date.
My Training Hub
1Do I need special technology or software to use My Training Hub?
No not at all. Just a good internet connection. A computer, tablet or smartphone, and headphones. No software. We've made this very simple for you.
2Is there a limit to how many users can be registered to use My Training Hub?
No. It's unlimited. You can have as many users as you like, however that will depend on what license subscription your business is using.
3What are the costs to use My Training Hub?
That depends on your application needs, determined during the initial consultation.
4Can My Training Hub be tailored with our corporate branding?
Yes. We often do this, and it incurs an additional layout fee.
5Can I use My Training Hub to share pdf documents to my team?
Yes you can. This is a very popular feature.
Video Tutorials
1How are the video tutorials accessed?
All the learning video tutorials are accessed through the Digital Learning Platform.
2Can I access the video tutorials without going through the DLP?
No. The video tutorials are only accessible through the Digital Learning Platform.
3Can we load our own videos into the DLP?
Yes. If you have videos, all you need do, is send them to us, and we can upload them into your DLP.
Virtual Training & Coaching
1What is the maximum number of participants in a virtual classroom training session?
We like to keep to a maximum of 10, so that everyone becomes engaged. We can have more, or less if needed.
2What equipment is need to participate in the virtual training or coaching sessions?
All that is needed is a good internet connection. A computer, laptop or tablet with a camera. Microphone and headset. We don't recommend using a smartphone.
3How long do the sessions run for?
Group training sessions normally run between 1 to 2hrs. Coaching sessions normally run for 1hr. Timings can be adjusted to the clients needs.
Instructor Led Classroom Training
1What is the maximum number of participants in a face to face classroom training session?
We like to keep to a maximum of 20, so that everyone becomes engaged. We can have more or less if needed.
2Are you able to conduct face to face training on our premises?
That's up to you and your needs. Generally yes we can, provided the venue is suitable.
3How do you manage COVID during face to face group training?
We have a COVID training plan in place, that follows government COVID requirements.
Coaching Development
1Are onsite coaching sessions available?
Yes. We can run coaching sessions onsite, if that's your preference. Your call.

Absolutely. We can discuss what you're trying to achieve, and guide you in the right direction. We can even build the session for you, as well as coach the person facilitating the session, if needed.
